1. When and what can I expect in your drops?

For the latest drop information, please check out Instagram story on our Instagram page (@somethingadored). We post random drops on a weekly basis as well! 

2. What is the price range of your watches?

The price range is very diverse - a price point that can be suitable for any budget. It starts as low as $20 to $250+. On average, you can expect the prices to be around ~$80.

3. Do you restock sold watches?

Restocks are rare due to the nature of the items, which are often vintage or antique. 

Shipping:

1. Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, we offer international shipping to most countries - if your country is not available, please contact us via Instagram (@somethingadored) or our Contact Page for further guidance.

2. How long does shipping take?

We typically ship orders out same/next day after purchase from New York City. Within the USA, shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. Shipping time varies for International Orders. 

3. What if I encounter issues with my order or want to return an item?

All sales are final, returns or exchanges are not accepted. 

4. What if my package is lost or not received?

We provide tracking for all packages to ensure safety. However, once the package is scanned through the system, we are not responsible for any lost packages. Please contact your local mail provider for assistance.

5. Custom Charges

Please be aware that when ordering you may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees determined by your country's customs regulations. These charges are not included in our prices and are the responsibility of the customer.

Unfortunately, we are unable to cover or prepay any customs charges. Kindly review your local customs policies before placing an order.

Watch Info:

1. Do the watches you sell work?

It depends on the watch - the description of each watch will clearly state whether the watch is running or not. If it's not running, most of the time it just needs a simple battery change. Please read the descriptions of each watch carefully as we do not offer returns or refunds. ♡

2. What does it mean when a watch is "Untested"?

This means that the watch is currently not running and has not been tested to check whether or not it is functional. It might need a simple battery change or might be too vintage to work. Please read the descriptions of each watch carefully as we do not offer returns or refunds. ♡

3. How do I know the size of the watch?

The watch band and watch face length will be provided in the item description. Most of the watches can be resized either at home or professionally! 

4. Do you clean the watches?

We do a sanitizing wipe down and disinfection.
